Data Center Assist
Data Center Assist is a usefull new service that Atex SPS offer our customers. We identified a need for in-data-center-assistance where your on site technicians require extra hands in lifting heavy rack mount units into place or moving heavy racks and equipment around from one floor position to another.
Our DCA-Teams are made up of two assistants with a bakkie. the team is equiped with 1 x Pallet Jack, 1 x Flip Nose Trolley, 10 x Floor Protection Boards, 2 x Steal Plates, 1 x Specialised Server Jack and 1 x General Tool box.
The Server Jack is a brilliant tool that is mounted on wheels making it very mobile. It can easilly lift weights of up to 180kg to a height of 2m safely.
Being properly equiped like this an Atex SPS DCA-Team is able to assist in most difficult movement within a data center.
Atex SPS offer this service on a 24h basis 365 days per year. All you need to do is book them one day in advance.
