Telecoms refers to specialized tellecommunications equipment handled by Atex SPS. This will typically be server room related equipment that are in most cases high racks with switch gear and connection points. It can also include speciaized telecommunications equipment used in cellphone tower controll containers or for that matter any other specialized tellecommunications equipment.
